TopVu’s system for Access Control and Property Access allows mines to document and/or control who is on the property. The Q7 software lets users easily configure templates that specify who has access when and where.
TopVu systems can be configured to grant access for personnel or groups of personnel. Furthermore, the software can also control when and where access is granted.
The systems can document personnel entering and exiting the property and offer a live manifest of the on site workforce. Users can view/print/export historical records.
Any TopVu Access Control system can be used for entering and exiting a site but it can also be used for Property Access.
Provides barriers to restrict access to certain locations based on preset conditions in the software.
RFID automated turnstiles can document and manage the workforce on your property. System rules can be configured via TopVu’s software to stop workers who forgot to tag out.
RFID Tap Stations located at doors provide a physical barrier to control personnel access. Setup rules in the Q7 software to allow personnel access based on prerequisites.
Tag scanners can detect key tags or vehicle mounted tags to activate gates or notify security of a request to enter site.
Property access documents everyone on the property and what portals they entered.
Tap Stations can be located a various points on site to create a directory of everyone entering or exiting the area. RFID Key tags, Access Cards and Hat Hats can be used to check in at the Tap Stations.
TopVu’s Portable Scanners documenting the passengers as soon as they enter the site shuttle. The passenger manifest is created and can be transferred to TopVu property access software via Wifi at the security gate, or, LTE cloud networking.

Within TopVu’s Q7 software users can configure templates which specifies who has access, when and where. TopVu’s hardware periodically downloads a list of personnel with access permissions. This allows for continuous operations during communication interruptions with its “Last known list of permissible tags/personnel”. A live manifest of the workforce on your site can be view/print/export historical records for accountability.
