Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Sudbury, Ontario

In this role, you will work as part of our TopVu® team providing continuous evaluation of the quality of the TopVu® products and solutions, promoting quality practices and ensuring compliance with the technical specifications are maintained. The Quality Assurance Analyst is a resource to the team responsible for identifying potential problems and evaluating the potential impact on the system.

Mandatory Qualifications
Previous experience in establishing best practice testing procedures and documentation systems for hardware and software
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and be a team player with a positive entrepreneurial spirit
Experience within the mining industry
Knowledge of computer virtualization and SQL
Test automation experience with Mobile Devices (iOS, Android, Windows Phone)
Time management and ability to adapt to rapid changes

Responsibilities
Keep on top of emerging quality practices , recommend and implement improvement to QA ,testing and documentations
Executing end-to-end System tests every Release
Recommending corrective actions based on test execution
Managing Defects including recording of all related data
Work as part of a team to investigate and reproduce customer issues
Participate in engineering reviews and acceptance testing
Provide regular feedback to the team
Executing QA of Documentation (Release Notes, Installation Manual, Operation Manual)

Electronic Technician

Reference Code: TOPVU-ET

Location: Sudbury, Ontario

In this role, you will work as part of our TopVu® and field services team assembling and trouble shooting TopVu® products such as our eTAG board and Dual Readers. You will also work closely with our Quality Assurance Analyst in updating technical data sheet, maintain and follow assembly and testing procedures, participate in engineering reviews, answer support calls and support sales with training and technical support.

Mandatory Qualifications
Good communicator (Bilingual an asset)
Electronic technician or technologist diploma with 3 or more years of experience highly skilled in reading and understanding schematics, circuit diagrams, PCB drawings
Knowledge of prototyping and 3D tools
Excellent trouble shooting skills
Time management
Be able to travel

Responsibilities
Work as part of the TopVu® and customer service team in the development and support of TopVu® products and solutions
Assemble , test and document TopVu® products
Answer support calls, document , take ownership of client issues / concerns, prepare customer service plan (RMA), Site visit)
Work as part of the TopVu® team to investigate and reproduce customer issues
Work as part of the TopVu® team in recommending corrective actions based on test execution
Participate in engineering reviews and acceptance testing
Travel to sites and assist with the installation and trouble shooting of TopVu® products and solutions
